  • Storage / warehouse handling of modules and spare parts in the national central warehouse location in Bachenbülach.
  • Stretagic field stocking locations and delivery / pick-up and drop-off points all over Switzerland.
  • Strategische Aussenlager und Liefer-/Abholstützpunkte in der ganzen Schweiz
  • Polysys Transport service provision: parcel service, general cargo and “same day” courier express
  • Reverse logistics: centralised consolidation and processing with national and international repair centers.

The professional and co-operative mode of operation of Alcatel Lucent and the market segment experience in telecommunications of Polysys were the basis for a successful implementation.
